Refund Policy
- A full refund of product cost will be processed, minus the logistics cost, in case the product reaches the customer damaged. This includes all wood art items. For mosaic, a new piece of the same art piece is sent. All art pieces are designed as per Theme, size and colours discussed with the client, once finalized artist flexibility is applied, we conceptualize and do not replicate designs given as reference.
- Customized Mosaic Products: Order refunds will be processed only for custom made mosaic items cancelled within 24 hours of order placed.
- Woodart Products: A full refund of product cost will be processed, minus logistics cost, only in case the product reaches the customer damaged.
- No cancellations are accepted after 48 hours of placing an order and making a payment for mosaic or woodart products.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We take full upfront payments for individual items purchased or customized designs ordered individually. For Projects we take 60% upfront once the project is finalized and 40% once items are ready before dispatch.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
We accept payments via cash, card and net banking. 18% GST is applicable on all online/card payments made into our company account.
